Seems fine to me. However, wouldn't it be "1 of the following effects:" rather than your current "the following effect:"?

As you have 2 choices, unless you are to activate both (which then you could condense) your wording messes things up and confuses me.

Aside from that, it's relatively fine. The attack could be increased to at least 2100. I see no harm in that. 1800 seems a bit low even with it's effects. Minimal defense would see this card trampled quickly.
