tk4l
These are my first cards. Please give me feedback and constructive criticism. The theme behind all of these are that the "Soulless" are created when cards are removed from play, and their effects revolve around powering up other "Soulless" cards, as well as gaining effects when a certain amount or a certain card is removed from play. All "Soulless" monsters can ONLY be summoned when cards are removed from play. All images are credit of Photobucket. This monster is also treated as Warrior-Type. This card cannot be Normal Summoned or set. This card can only be Special Summoned from your hand whenever two or more cards on the field are removed from play at the same time. When this card destroys an opponent's monster by battle, remove it from play. While this card is in face up attack position, all of your opponent's monsters have their ATK and DEF reduced by the number of removed from play cards x 100 This monster is also treated as Warrior-Type. This card cannot be Normal Summoned or set. This card can only be Special Summoned from your hand whenever four or more cards on the field are removed from play at the same time. While this card is in face up attack position, all "Soulless" monsters gain 100 ATK for each other "Soulless" monster on the field. This monster is also treated as Beast-Type. This card cannot be Normal Summoned or set. This card can only be Special Summoned from your hand whenever one or more cards on the field are removed from play at the same time. Once per turn, when this card is in face up defense position, you may remove from play one monster on the field and pay life points equal to the removed from play monster's level X 200. If this card's effect is negated, your opponent loses 100 life points for each "Soulless" card you currently control. This monster is also treated as Fairy-Type. This card cannot be Normal Summoned or set. This card can only be Special Summoned from your hand whenever three or more cards on the field are removed from play at the same time. When this card destroys an opponent's monster by battle, remove it from play and return one monster you control to your hand. When this card attacks an opponent's monster in defense position with a lower DEF than this monster's ATK, you gain life points equal to the difference. This monster is also treated as Machine-Type. This card cannot be Normal Summoned or set. This card can only be Special Summoned from your hand whenever two or more cards on the field are removed from play at the same time. If this card destroys a Machine-Type monster by battle, return it to play under your control. It is treated as a "Soulless" card. When this card is destroyed, remove it and all monsters placed under your control by its effect from play. This monster is also treated as Dragon-Type. This card cannot be Normal Summoned or set. This card can only be Special Summoned from your hand by sending all "Soulless" cards that are removed from play and all "Soulless" cards that you control to the graveyard. This card loses 100 ATK and DEF for each monster in your graveyard. This monster gains 200 ATK and DEF for each monster that is removed from play. While this card is on the field, all other monsters gain 1 "Soul Counter" (Max 1) each turn. During your End Phase, if this card has not attacked, you may remove from play 1 monster with a "Soul Counter" on it. If you do, you lose 500 life points and you may remove from play three cards in your graveyard. FLIP: Your opponent loses 300 life points and you gain 300 life points. This monster is also treated as Aqua-Type. This card cannot be Normal Summoned or set. This card can only be Special Summoned from your hand whenever two or more cards on the field are removed from play at the same time. Once per turn, you may flip this face up card face down. This monster is also treated as Insect-Type. This card cannot be Normal Summoned or set. This card can only be Special Summoned from your hand whenever one or more cards on the field are removed from play at the same time. All damage caused as a result of battle with this monster is doubled. If this monstera deals more than 1000 damage to your opponent's life points in one turn, increase it's ATK and DEF by 500 This monster is also treated as Thunder-Type. This card cannot be Normal Summoned or set. This card can only be Special Summoned from your hand whenever four or more cards on the field are removed from play at the same time. Once per turn, you may select one monster on the field. During the end phase of that turn, that monster is removed from play and your opponent gains 500 life points. This monster is also treated as Insect-Type. This card cannot be Normal Summoned or set. This card can only be Special Summoned from your hand whenever two or more cards on the field are removed from play at the same time. When this monster destroys another monster by battle, remove from play one card in your opponent's graveyard. If your opponent has no cards in their graveyard, they discard their hand and draw five cards. This monster is also treated as Insect-Type. This card cannot be Normal Summoned or set. This card can only be Special Summoned from your hand whenever two or more cards on the field are removed from play at the same time. When this monster destroys another monster by battle, your opponent removes from play one card in their hand and draws one card. If this card is destroyed, remove from play every card in each player's graveyard. When this card is placed on the field, remove from play three "Soulless" monsters you control. If you do not, immediately remove this card from play. While this card is face up on the field, all cards in your graveyard and that are removed from play are treated as "Soulless" cards. All "Soulless" cards gain the following effect: "If this card destroys another card by battle or card effect, place one "Soul Counter" on "Hitobashira" (max 10)". All monsters you control gain 100 ATK and DEF for each "Soul Counter" on this card. When this card is destroyed, return it to your hand and your opponent takes 100 damage for each "Soul Counter" on this card. If you have a "Hitobashira" in your hand, a "Hitobashira" on your field, and a "Hitobashira" removed from play, you may return all three to your hand and Special Summon one "Soulless" card from anywhere, ignoring it's summoning conditions. TheComposer
Special Summoned needs to be capitalized, I think type does too, but I'm not certain on that one. 80% sure on the type. Also it should be "This card is also treated as _____-Type" On the first sentences of each effect. Good effects and pic though, 7.5/10.
tk4l
K. I'll edit now.
Bahamut - Envoy of the End
These are very good for a new member. They might be slightly underpowered in the effects department given some of them only get to use their fairly-standard effect once and then get removed. Also please specify if these cards have to be Special Summoned from the hand or also the Deck. But they are quite creative. Try making some support S/T. TheComposer
It should be card not monster. Always use card unless it's a spell or trap card targeting monsters only.
tk4l
Which card are you referring to...?
TheComposer
all of them. first sentences again "This card is also..." is what it should be.
tk4l
But it's a monster, not a spell or trap card... I'm confused. Are you referring to "This monster is also treated as blahblablah-Type?"
TheComposer
yes. That's the OCG (Ofiicial Card Grammar). It makes your cards seem better when you follow it. You'll learn it better the more you make cards. On real cards they saw card, not monster, that's why I said to change it. Hope that helped clear it up.
