If you control no monsters, you can Normal Summon or Set this card without Tributing. When this card is Tribute Summoned, you can select 1 face-down Spell or Trap Card your opponent controls and send it to the Graveyard. If another monster on your side of the was selected as an attack target by an opponents monster, you can switch the attack to this card. When this card is sent to the Graveyard by battle, destroy 1 face-up Attack Position monster on the field.

So much about this card is borderline OP, it's like a Swiss Army Knife. But...I really don't know. The fact that Monarchs run rampant over it sort of saves it from brokeness. It'd be fun. It looks more like a Machine, but on the other hand, making it a Warrior means no Limiter Removal to abuse it with, and thus less brokeness.

OP, i dont think so... Thanks for the feedback.
And as for the card its balanced, its drawbacks are not costs as usual, they are conditions.
Let me explain.

1/ If you control no monsters.

2/ When this card is Tribute Summoned.

3/ If another monster on your side of the was selected as an attack target by an opponents monster.

4/ When this card is sent to the Graveyard by battle, destroy 1 face-up Attack Position monster on the field.

Enough drawbacks for you?

Also, for a Level 6 Monster Card 2100 ATK isn't much is it?
