If it happened at any other point it would be OP'd.

However, Turbulence's effect is OP'd in that it can't be negated.

As for names, I would suggest "Majestic Feather Dragon" and another name for Black Asteroid Dragon. BAD's name is a bit lame, TBH.

Overall, 7.5/10 half a point taken off for Turbulence's effect.

Majestic Feather Dragon does sound better (at first, I was skeptical about calling it Majestic [i]Winged[/i] Dragon because that that just sounds horrible). Skyscraper's effect not being able to be negated means that it can be used for an accel synchro even if SS'd by Vayu, which is probably the most efficient for a BW deck in general (and Crow's character as well). Anyways, updating name.

Maybe just stop Blackwings negating Turbulance's effect, but let other effects still negate it. That lets Vayu still work but also allows Skill Drain/Forbidden Chalice or whatever to negate it's effect.
