Anyway, here's my card:

This card cannot be Special Summoned from the Graveyard. Once per turn, both players roll a six-sided die once. If your result is lower than your opponent's result, send the top card of your Deck to your Graveyard. If it was a Monster Card, you take damage equal to the Level of that monster x300. If your result is higher than your opponent's result, place Infernal Counter(s) on this card equal to the difference. You destroy this card to Special Summon 1 monster from your Deck whose Level is equal or less than the amount of Infernal Counter(s) on this card.

I think it's just a little UP, due to it requiring a tribute, and having such low stats. Up on of them a few hundred points.

Otherwise, a good card. No OCG errors, as far as I can tell, but I'm no OCG Nazi.

Good card. Pic looks pretty cool. Effects are versatile and helpful. I personally think it's well balanced, with 2400 DEF. But, yeah, I kinda agree with Tainted Black. To reach this card's full potential, try boosting one of it's stats.
