Dandelo
The card itself is not bad. It's Summoning conditions balance it out, and along with that, the effect seems balanced as well. The only problem I have—and it's not a severe one, or one that even matters—is that the card's effect just seems... random, as if it was just jammed together in seconds without thought. But as I said, it doesn't matter, and the card is fine.
Lord Smeagle
the card's effect just seems... random, as if it was just jammed together in seconds without thought.
If this was based at all off either Kefka or the Joker, that makes perfect sense. I'd run this.

Blasphemy! (Main Villain of Final Fantasy VI) But aside from that, it's a nice card. The first effect just sounds like your typical clown, toying around with Spell and Traps, I really like it. Though I don't see the point in the second effect... I mean, of course, it's useful, but it just doesn't fit to the clown design. Another plus: That summoning text is nice... I think I should include something like that to my Synchros as well *steals idea* Overall (if you want a rating, if not, just ignore it): 9/10.
