Cloister
Change the Summoning requirements? Why, yes please. This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by Tributing DARK monsters whose combined ATK equals this card's ATK. Once per turn, you can Special Summon 1 "Borg Ore Token" (Fiend-Type/DARK/Level 1/ATK 0/DEF 0) in face-up Defense Position. If a Defense Position monster would be attacked, you can change the attack target to this card instead. This card cannot be destroyed by battle. If your opponent activates a Spell Card's effect, they must remove from play 1 card in their hand. The second card always comes with a bad name. This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by removing from play 1 Level 5 LIGHT and 1 Level 5 DARK monster from your Graveyard. This card is also treated as DARK. This card's original ATK is equal to the number of removed from play monsters x 600. Your opponent cannot select another monster as an attack target except this monster. If your opponent activates a Monster Card's effect, they must remove from play the top 2 cards of their Deck. Ahhoowiiy. Hardest to Summon? This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except from your Graveyard when you have exactly 4 monsters on the field. When this card is Summoned, destroy all monsters on the field except this card. This card gains 500 ATK for each monster destroyed by this effect. You must Tribute 1 monster to have this card attack. This card can attack your opponent directly if they control exactly 4 monsters. If your opponent activates a Trap Card's effect, they must remove from play 1 monster from their Graveyard.
Lord Smeagle
This card screams "BIG MONSTAR CONTROL/LOCKDOWN DECK." His summoning requirements make him almost worse than a Nomi Synchro to get out, but once he's out he can discourage removal by Spell until you get out Plasma / Jinzo by tributing the tokens he makes + other monsters. Combo with Thunder King Rai-Oh and limit opponent's resources for extra lulz. Friggin' cool.
Brimtosis
I like this card. The effect is great, the level is high, and it ultimately kicks ass. I mean, if you had "Dark Crusader" on the field, summoning this card would be easy because of the effect that "Dark Crusader" has. I think it will do well in an EXTREAM Dark Deck, maybe in a Dark Deck. But, it would be to hard to get out in a non-dark deck. 9/
Cloister
Well, it's easy to Summon... 4000 ATK is not that musch... Anyways, thanks both!
Brimtosis
I thin you could make a set around this card, making this card your trump card, and than have all the other cards to work with it, as well as being inderpendent. What do you think?
Cloister
Yeah, maybe. But not many members comment on sets/archetypes. But I do have 2 more Level 10 monsters that I will add in soon.
â™ >:Stick-Man:<â™
This card is bad ass, can't wait for the others. 10'

Ieyasu Tokugawa
The last guy's effect kills himself, I've seen the mistake several times, it needs to say something along the lines of "destroy all monsters on the field, except this card" Fix that and you've got yourself some very impressive cards. Cloister
Ohh, I accidentally erased that. :/

Lord Smeagle
Well, it's easy to Summon... 4000 ATK is not that musch... Anyways, thanks both!
4000 ATK isn't that much, true, but the way it's worded now, it looks like in order to summon him you have to Tribute monsters with exactly 4000 combined ATK. Which would practically require a deck be built around him.
Cloister
Yes, but have 1 monster with 1500 and 1 with 2500 or 2 monsters with 2k each is not that hard to get out.
moppmoppmopp
The second monsters name should be Rusk O'Justice.
Cloister
Hmm... Well, I'll keep the name as it is.
Lord Smeagle
2nd card is moderately difficult only because Level 5 DARK monsters don't see a lot of play in the current meta. 3rd card is exceptionally easy to summon with the right strategy (End Phase Scapegoat sez hai)
Embittered Moon
Seems like the types of cards you would find in a Shonen Jump magazine. 9/10.
Cloister
Yeah, I guess I made them easily Summoned. ;P Thanks again.
