It's, imo, very well balanced; although i do believe the atk could be a bit higher due to the fact that she is a "single number", as they would say on the series. I think that the eff choice could have been better but then again after i read the card and thought about how i would set up the entire archetype, a lot of things would have been changed. For example: Name would be changed to Sekirei 09 - Tsukiumi Emerged Attribute is good Level would have been eight for 2 reasons The summoning condition would have been this, remember this is just me thinking on the fly; This card can be normal summoned when you control one "Minato Sahashi." This card can be specialed summon by tributing one Sekirei 09 - Tsukiumi from either side of field while you control "Ashikabi." The eff as far as banishing a water to destroy a spell or deal 800 damage would have been changed to: Once per turn you can banish one water monster from your grave to negate the activation of a spell or trap. This eff can be used during either player's turn. When this eff is activated, this card can not attack this turn. The attack and defense would be: 2800 atk/ 2600 def Once again thats just me thinking on the fly. I'm probably going to make the entire archetype as my first creation. Thanks for the inspiration and "ground work" for me to use as a start and maybe me and you could work together on this because i have only seen the first season of the anime on netflix so yeah lol.
