i got a great stratergy for this:

activate [url="http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Skill_Drain"]Skill Drain[/url]
summon [url="http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/The_Last_Warrior_from_Another_Planet"]The Last Warrior from Another Planet[/url]
summon [url="http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Hardened_Armed_Dragon"]Hardened Armed Dragon[/url]
then sacrifice both for The Tyrant Neptune
then activate[url="http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Mystical_Space_Typhoon"]MST[/url] on skill drain.

i think this one is solid, correct me if not.

Solid in the sense you'll have a 0/0 ten star monster that can't be destroyed by effects and stops summons for both players. Skill Drain will negate Tyrant's "gain ATK" effect. You'll have to MST Drain before summoning Neptune, and doing so will reapply Last Warrior's summon prevent effect.

They can still set monsters, and still use bounce, spin, RFG, etc effects. Royal Decree instead of MST could neutralize more effects, stopping the negation effect of Skill Drain, and stopping the commonly played cards that do the bounce/spin/etc.

Interesting combo,though...

EDIT: Book of Moon on Last Warrior is better. Tyrant just needs the monster to be Tributed and in the grave.
