Such awesome Scrap support.
And its hilarious that it stacks.

So wait, lets say you activate three and all select the same monster, only one needs to send it and the others can dump a scrap and get you a draw?

The wiki is hilarious:
* You cannot activate Scrapstorm while you have only 1 card in your Deck.

* This card targets 1 face-up “Scrap” monster you control. It cannot be activated during the Damage Step.

* None of these effects are simultaneous. You send 1 “Scrap” monster to the Graveyard, then, if you did, you draw a card. Afterwards, you destroy the selected monster.

* Even if the targeted monster is no longer face-up on the field when Scrapstorm resolves, you still send a “Scrap” monster to the Graveyard and draw a card.

* If the target monster is face-down when this effect resolves, it is still destroyed.
Scraps have great support, lets hope (or hope against) them becoming a stronger deck type, but that Konami doesn't try too hard and ends up with another X-Sabers set.
This thing is fun to abuse, lost like 3 times in a row with my well built Quickdraw Plants against Armadilloz's Scraptown deck (yes, it ran Geartown as well).
Their support will be even better come this November, and hopefully they will eventually reach tier 2 status.

Thing is, Scraps require a bit of set-up to get going, and easily control the field.
Sabers, they just go crazy right off the bat.

Scrap Goblin + this = profit :P

Goblin cant die in battle giving you a 1 turn shield than scrapstorm it for free draw and the scrap monster you just ditched(such as Chimera)
Its funny because Scrap Goblin's logic is the same as Poison Draw Frog, in the sence that if attacked face-down, the "derp, dies by face-up attack" part doesnt get applied, and it stays invincible from that 1 attack.
forcing the opponent t attack it again with another monster, or els it stays on the field for that turn.

Pretty funny ;)

Why would u want it to stack it? It would be a -1... your scrap monster will miss its timing and all u will get is 2 mills and 2 draws for 3 cards (+1 to each number if you activate another).
The best way to use this card is at the end of the battle phase, or end phase of your opponents turn or when you have a scrap tuner that was flipped or dropped. Its also nice to chain to an opponents card that is going to get rid of your scrap monster anyways (minus dragon) thus still resulting in a +0.
