If this card attacks it gains 200 ATK until the end of the Damage Step. If this card is attacked it loses 200 ATK until the end of the Damage Step. Once per turn, you can remove 2 monsters in your Graveyard from play to select 1 face-up monster on the field, as long as this card remains face-up on the field, that monsters effects are negated and it cannot attack.

I like this card's effect, but the picture is... to be honest, it's not my cup of tea. It has too modern background in my opinion.
