[/quote] It's not as one-sided of a case as you may think. While cyber bullying and online threats aren't taken so seriously on a national level, on a local level there can still be some penalties. So I hope those YouTube members have decent lawyers, because you do need to build a somewhat good case to consider yourself innocent. I honestly hope that the kid burns in hell where he has to suck Justin Bie... two problems with that. We could just report it to the police or a federal agent and let them take care of it. I think he is trying to get arrested so he can get "raped" in the shower by "accidentally" dropping the soap. There are multiple laws which prevent keylogging and hacking in general, so you could make the easiest case for counter-suing. I also watched his rant on Violent video games... 1) Human behaviors is majority learned. Show his comment of humans are not suppose to think of the concept of killing others is wrong. (cannibalism was a real thing) 2) He said that getting an education/homework or helping out neighbors is "more funner" than playing violent video games. 3) His comment on how only the blood and gore make the game fun...I find Mortal Kombats storyline very interesting. You need stradegy to play violent video games and they do require you to think about your actions (ie. Fallout) 3. I don't even pay attention to most of the blood and gore in the game. 4.
