This guy = Level 7

Ummm, takes 2 Spells to use his effect to mini nuke. I would perfer a different condition though. Demise is still better.

Don't we have ARA for that? And the generic DARK one?

EDIT: Just realized it's Ritual Spell Card is specific...

Either way, rituals are too -1ish (b/c of their ritual spells) and are generally not worth to play unless they have a big payoff like Demise or Herald.
