That is true. Lots of members are leaving. However, we gotta be happy w/ the members we have....
But I gotta agree w/ you. Back then w/ the old YCM, new members were joining everyday. But now, there's probably 1 new member per week. And sometimes trolls anger them and they leave....

The three you pointed out saddly I do not know who they are, but there are great card makers still out there. And there is 1 Card Maker who dominated the whole Contest Section, DeMeNTeD he changed his name to something else but he's still the best card maker to me.

Cyber Altair I think he got banned I don't know but he was almost a spitting image of a mix of Crab and Icy.

We've also lost Fenrir, Pikachu, ~Wright~(He was my Best YCM friend), and Europhyne or something. I mean we haven't completely lost them, they could always come back. I've left at least 3 times now and I came back..

Haha i never really took part i nthe forum but i remember when pitski, zeaux, Auxiliary, .Kan, and X-31 Fighter were i nthecontest section. Those contests were CRAZY

I guess i got really sad when Auxiliary left. He was a crucial part of the realistic section. he was very under rated IMO

It suks even more cause hp doom Wanderlely and wolf bereserker seem to have left as well :/

A place is only as good as the members make it to be. If people complain about being bored here...why don't they make something fun to do? If they wish to leave then they should just say goodbye and go. All the past drama is unneeded and unwanted. Anyway, soon enough they'll get bored with 37 too, and then they'll move on to the next cool thing. That's the problem, people follow fads too much...oh well, it happens. I miss some of the older members who have left/are leaving, but that was their choice, and now the newer members have to step up and be the cool ones.

You obviously know nothing about 37. We don't let people get bored - we care about them too much.

True, very true...I have considered joining it, but I just don't have any more time to donate at the moment. Also, I'm not talking about now, it's too new right now. I'm talking a couple or a few years down the line.

It's been going for 7 months already. We'll see, though, I guess.

I'm not stating that to be mean. I'm just stating that as a continuation of a cycle. For example, Myspace was the go to social networking site until Facebook came along. While Facebook is growing, Myspace is shrinking and Twitter is coming into the mix. Another example would be videotapes to DVDs, once they're updated they're outdated as well. I hope your forum continues for a long time, but eventually something will come along to replace it.

People leave all the time. Get over it.

Honestly, how many times have I seen this exact topic before anyway?

I was keeping count until I realised it's YCM - it doesn't matter how many times it's happened before; it'll always just happen again.

Repetition. I love it ;) As long as I am here YCM will never be boring. If all else fails I may just join 37 sometime.

That's true, J-Max; YOU are the wind beneath our wings.
