This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by Tributing 3 monsters you control with 2000 or more ATK. You can Tribute this card to reduce your Life Points to 100. Then inflict damage to your opponent equal to twice the amount of Life Points you payed. If your opponents Life Points are reduced to 0 by this effect, and the current Duel is part of a Match, your opponent starts the next Duel with the same hand that they end this Duel with.

The OCG in the last part is almost definitly wrong. Also, spammy comments and "gud crd 9/10" comments will get negged.

Match Winners are always banned in Advance Format play but Phantom of Chaos breaks this baby wide open anyway.

2/10 for the first effect, LOLBROKENZ

It's far from a match winner. It could just as well give your opponent a massive advantage. Your logic is flawed.

No. Any card that has an effect that would only come into play during a Match is illegal for tournament play.

You wouldn't know, because the only cards that affect matches so far are match-winning cards. So in theory, you wouldn't know if this would be banned.

Which stupid mod has moved this? It's perfectly realistic, just original. Yu might aswell move all original effects to here then, which in turn would defeat the purpose of RC.
