Wow! I like the creativity of the concept with Red and Blue Rose Counters! I did detect some OCG errors though.

This card cannot be destroyed by battle,except with a FIRE Type monster.When this card is attacked while in attack position put 1 'Red Rose' counter on the attacking monster.When this card is attacked while in defense position put 1 'Blue Rose' counter on the attacking monster.While this card remains on the field,monsters with 'Blue Rose' Counters cannot declare an attack,also monsters with 'Red Rose' counter lose 400 ATK for each 'Red Rose' counter on it.
