Sander
First of all, you need to say where the FIRE monsters are removed from play in the first place (hand, field or Graveyard). Secondly, the card is broken. Let's assume that it can remove from play anywhere and you have 4 FIRE monsters in your Graveyard. That's 4000 points of damage. Another broken burn card that the game doesn't need. ¬_¬ Once per turn, you can remove remove from play up to 4 FIRE monsters from your "insert location here". Inflict damage to your opponent equal to the number of cards removed from play by this effect x 1000.

DarkSaint
Oh,i think change like this will better: Once per turn, you can remove remove from play 4 FIRE monsters from your field, inflict damage to your opponent equal to the number of cards removed from play by this effect x 1000. This will limited this card power cause it must be 4 monster and not remove up to 4 monster and u also can increase its level or make it hard to summon, have many way to limited its power.
