This card can only be special summoned from the graveyard. When this face up card is attacked, it gains 300 DEF. When this card is in attack position, it can't be destroyed by effect monsters' effects. When this card is attacks a light monster, it loses 300 ATK and DEF. It looks something like this:[/b] [i]Darkrai [ATK: 2600/DEF:2800][/i] [b]<------ I'm assuming he's in Defence Position.[/b] [i]*Gets attacked by LIGHT monster*[/i] [b]<------- This is where my problem arises.[/b] [i]Darkrai [ATK: 2600/DEF: 3100][/i] [b]<------- The first effect that takes place raises his DEF to 3100.[/b] [i]Darkrai [ATK: 2200/DEF: 2700][/i] [b]<------- When all of Darkrai's effects finally resolve, he practically has the same DEF as he started with. Only his ATK and dropped significantly. So I'm just wondering whether or not that's supposed to happen because it looks like it shouldn't.
