Not quite a Deck yet is it?

I like it but I don't think it's quite necessary to put the levels in with the cards.
:blink: Squirtle's defence is... huge.
Don't know why you've put that you can Special Summon Wartortle by discarding Squirtle from your Hand. For the evolution (level up, whatever) shouldn't Squirtle be on the field first?

(^^^) :lol:

Glad to see you finally got your card up. It was a bit of a hassle trying to sort it all out.
Post some more soon.

Oh, and welcome to the Forums, mate.

some are OP'D and UP'D, and put them in spoilers. Its too big, and post the lore (effect) up, its too hard to fix the errors so i'll just do whats wrong

OCG Fix

special summon -> Special Summon
you may search your deck (this isnt pokemon) -> add 1 "____" from your Deck
whilst -> while
defense position -> Defence Position
trap card -> Trap Card
summon -> Summon
flip effects -> Flip effects
This card cannot attack if your opponent's attribute is aqua -> This card cannot attack Aqua-Type monsters your opponent controls
graveyard -> Graveyard
ability -> effect

There's just too much OCG errors!!!!!

OK then. Here's the correct versions of the errors, as well as why many of these are bad cards in game terms:
Squirtle:

You can discard this card to Special Summon 1 "Wartortle" from your hand. A "Wartortle" Special Summoned by this effect cannot attack in the turn it was Special Summoned. During your second Standby Phase after this card is Summoned or flipped face-up, you can Tribute this card to Special Summon 1 "Wartortle" from your Deck.

The DEF is also rather high, although not unreasonable

Wartortle:

This card cannot be destroyed by the effects of Trap Cards. During your second Standby Phase after this card was Summoned or flipped face-up, you can Tribute this card to Special Summon 1 "Blastoise" from your hand or Deck.

Blastoise:

This card cannot be setroyed by the effects of Spell or Trap Cards. This card gains 300 ATK and DEF for each "Squirtle", "Wartortle", and "Blastoise" in your Graveyard.

Given you're likely to be gaining 600 ATK and DEF just from summoning it, it's ATK and DEF are a little too high

Mudkip:

Whilst this card is in face-up Defense Position, it cannot be destroyed by the effects of Spell Cards. During your Standby Phase, you can Tribute this card to Special Summon 1 "Marshtomp" from your hand or Deck.

The attack is too high for a Level 3 monster. The only level 3's with anything like that much ATK are non-effect monsters

Marshtomp:

You can discard this card to deal 500 damage to your opponent's Life Points, and increase your Life Points by 1000. During your second Standby Phase after this card was Summoned or flipped face-up, you can Tribute this card to Special Summon 1 "Swampert" from your hand, Deck or Graveyard.

Again, attack is too high for a level 5, since the best level 5 in terms of base ATK has the same, and that lacks an effect.

Swampert:

This card can attack once for each "Mudkip" or "Marshtomp" in your Graveyard. When this card is destroyed and sent to the Graveyard you can Special Summon 1 Level 6 or lower Aqua-type effect monster from your Graveyard.

Way overpowered. It's getting to attack twice at least, with an impressive ATK, and combined with Marshtomp can infinatly revive itself (if a little slowly). Also getting any Lv6 or lower Aqua monster is too much - remember your cards don't exist in a vacuum, and will interact with real ones

Tortodile:

This card cannot attack Aqua-type monsters your opponent controls. If this card destroys an opponent's monster by battle you can Tribute this card to Special Summon 1 "Croconaw" from your hand or Deck. A monster Special Summoned by this effect cannot declare an attack until the End Phase of your next turn.

Again, ATK way too high. The attack restriction doesn't need to apply to your next turn, and if you make the 'evolution' happen at the end of the turn you don't need it at all.

Croconaw:

Whilst this card is in face-up Attack Position, it cannot be destroyed. If this face-up card has destroyed two of your opponent's monsters, you can Tribute this card to Special Summon 1 "Feraligatr" from your hand or Deck.

OP'd. Again, the attack is really two high for a Level 5, and being indestructable from all sources is broken on anything, let alone something with nearly 2500 ATK. Also the effect is just going to be confusing. I've tried to make it clear, but you should consider changing it.

Feraligatr:

Whilst this card is in face-up Defense Position, it cannot be destroyed. Pay 3000 Life Points to destroy all cards you control and inflict damage to your opponent's Life Points equal to the attack of all monsters destroyed by this effect, excluding this card.

It has way too much attack, considering it's easy to summon. The non-destruction effect isn't so much of a problem since it won't get it so often, but it still makes it an overpowered wall. It second effect is probably too powerful, since you're not likely to use it unless you'd win

Piplup:

You can discard this card to deal 500 damage to your opponent's Life Points. During your second standby Phase after this card is Summoned or flipped face-up you can Tribute this card to Special Summon 1 "Prinplup" from your hand or Deck.

The ATK and DEf shouldn't really both be this high. Monsters with high ATK for their level generally also have low DEF, and vice versa. The effect is mediocre at best, since it doesn't help with what it should be doing - summoning Prinplup.

Prinplup:

This card can attack twice per turn. During your Standby Phase you can Tribute this card to Special Summon 1 "Empoleon" from your hand or Deck.

Going twice with 2300 ATK is a little two powerful. Perhaps halve the ATK for the second attack, stop it attacking directly, or reduce the amount of battle damage it can inflict.

Empoleon:

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by the effect of "Prinplup". This card cannot be destroyed by the effects of Flip Effect Monsters or Trap Cards. Up to twice per turn, you can decrese the ATK or DEF of this card (Permenantly) to increase your Life Points by 200.

The destruction effect makes it powerful, the fact that it can heal you up for a nominal cost (dropping it's DEF won't matter in the slightest if it's in attack position) makes it more so, and the fact that it has 3200 ATK, which is really more than any level 8 should have just makes it worse

Lapras:

During the third consecutive Standby Phase that this card has been in face-up Defense Position, you can Tribute this card to Special Summon 1 "Mutated Lapras" from your hand or Deck.

It's fine stat-wise, although could maybe lose 100 or so ATK and DEF. It's effect is strange, and there isn't really any OCG to cover it, so what I've given is the closest I can come up with.

Mutated Lapras:

I'm not bothering with the text. The ATK is fine, if a little low for a level 8, but the DEF is too high - it shouldn't really be above 3000, not on something with a good attack.

Poliwag:

This card cannot be destroyed by battle (Damage Calculation is applied normally). During your second Standby Phase after this card was Summoned or flipped face-up, you can Tribute this card to Special Summon 1 "Poliwhirl" from your hand or deck.

Not bad - the ATK and DEF are better this time - but the indestructable in battle effect should really be once per turn on something with this much ATK and DEF.

Poliwhirl:

If this monster attacks a face-down Defense Position monster, that monster's effect is negated during that battle. During your second Standby Phase after this card was Summoned or flipped face-up, you can Tribute this card to Special Summon 1 "Politoed" from your hand or Deck. During your third Standby Phase after this card was Summoned or flipped face-up you can Tribute this card to Special Summon 1 "Poliwrath" from your hand or Deck

Politoed:

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by the effect of "Poliwhirl". Once per turn, you can destroy 1 monster and 1 Spell or Trap card on the field.

Broken. It's the free destruction of two of your opponent's cards every single turn on a 2700 ATK monster

Poliwrath:
This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by the effect of "Poliwhirl". This card cannot be destroyed by battle or by the effects of Trap Cards.

Broken. Something with 2900 ATK should not be immune to battle destruction without a cost and trap destruction as well. The only thing I can think that compares is Scar-Red Nova, which has to remove itself to avoid battle, and needs at least 4 cards to get it out. This need Poliwag and a bit of time.

On a general note, everything that says 'During your second standby phase' is basically a one-time thing. If you don't do it then, you can't do it later.

You really need to decide on some standard conditions for your evolution, at least for the first forms. Making it the standby phase is good, because they have to stick around for a turn (unless you can summon them in your opponent's turn), but it's not too much of a challenge. The later forms can be more variable, but I'd stick to either the standby phase or the end phase of a turn in which they fulfilled some sort of condition.
I would advise you to go and look at Level Yugioh cards. Look at the language on them, and how they work, and then apply that to your cards.
