The Boss :)
7/10. I know a card called Inferno with 1100 ATK points, it is special summoned by removing a monster from the game, and when it destroyes a monster your opponent losses 1500 Life Points. I think that your opponent should lose 2000 life points instead of 1000 with this card.
deluxege
but i think it will be more OP'red.
The Boss :)
True, but it would be a big wast of 2 good monsters if your opponent sees you coming. It is better to keep those monsters and suport them.

Trebuchet MS
I knew that picture's familiar. It's Terradragon Regarion. A glaring problem i see with this Synchro here is that the wordings make it unable to use many Spirit support cards, since it says "returns to the Extra Deck" rather than "returns to its owner's hand". It'd make more sense if the Spirit Synchro was a regular Synchro that required Spirits and gave support to Spirits. It makes Kinka-byo more useful, for starters. Evaluating the effects... Essentially, if you destroy a monster as a result of battle, you draw a card, do damage, and force a Battle Phase skip. A little overpowered if you ask me, even with the Deck-returning. It'd be a little more balanced if one of the three effects was removed, or the draw-a-card effect has a different timing. Rating... Probably about 5 or 6. The fact that it returns to the Extra Deck makes it scream more "game-ender" than anything, much like the Savior/Majestic Dragons.
