I don't really know exactly how Frogs work either.

I'm don't have much knowledge at TCG, but if I run Morphtronics, I would have this card in my deck =D.
1st effect:
Changing 1 Morphtronic monster's position to change the position of 1 opponent's monster is really, really useful effect.
2nd effect:
Activate Morphtronic map? Morphs gain ATK!

I suppose it does work well in Morphotronics actually. Though most the support cards wouldn't work on it.

Not actually because of what it does, but more because of its DEF. 1000. Doesn't look like so Titanic now, does it?

Nice, I how these can get my fields out and all I have to do is change a battle position.
But it can be a bit fun to screw with your opponent with this.

I don't see how it's a bad effect.

Switching Position can be done easily. Spell Cards that change Positions or even doing it manually is easy.

And the instant Field Spell leads to abuse with Frog Decks.

The Frog Deck I went against used the Frog OTK strategy and used 3 Wetlands, pretty much stopped me using anything and kept me powerless for 4 turns before defeating me.

But that was before the new banlist, I heard they stopped certain Frog Cards.

I do, yes. Without Monarchs to aid them, Frogs by themselves are useless.

Frogs work like this:

Summon Swap Frog.
Swap Frog sends Treeborn to the Graveyard.
Proceed to use the Monarchs/ect in your Deck.

You really shouldn't be changing battle position, using field spells, or really using much more than those two Frogs .-. Frog Monarchs are by far the best Frog Deck. (Well, FFTK was, and was in the running for the most powerful Deck of all time, but it's banned now :3 )

This card was made with no prior knowledge of Frogs or how they work, so it's naturally going to be useless in Frog decks unless it's an instant Synchro or an OTK or something like that. Pic is nice, template is nice and name is fitting. But for actual playability it's useless outside of a situational tech in Morphs, and even then it's not exactly easy to use.
