This card cannot be Special Summoned, except by Synchro Summon. When this card is Synchro Summoned, you can discard 1 card to inflict 1000 damage to your opponent. Once per turn, you can Tribute 1 monster you control. Inflict damage to your opponent equal to half ATK of the Tributed monster. This card cannot declare an attack the turn you activate this effect. When this card on the field is destroyed and sent to the Graveyard, you can pay 800 Life Points and select 1 monster in your Graveyard. Remvoe from play the selected monster and inflict damage to your opponent equal to the removed monster's Level x 200.[/i][/center]

Seems like a very complicated DSF copy to me. Thoguh I don't know if there were OTK's with DSF that would now be viable again with this card...

Well, DSF F/OTK involved it and Demise.
Demise - 2400 ATK
DSF - 2600

2600 + 2400 = 5000
Tribute both with DSF = 15 x 200 = 3000

So no, with this, DSF OTK isn;t possible

DSF OTKed with EVERYTHING. It was outright broken.

As a generic it feels like this is likely to be almost just as damaging as DSF. It's trivial to Summon. Junk Synchron can do it in 1 card, and I doubt it's at all unique in that, It'll easily hit for a minimum 3000 on its own which, while 1000 less than DSF, it can make up to 4000 with its discard effect. The tribute effect seems like something that wouldn't be used awfully often, but other than that I just don't feel the burn is justified. Too powerful.
