Kizzi Posted January 23, 2008 Report Share Posted January 23, 2008 LAYERS: On the RIGHT panel, click on the layer. Above that, it should say layer opacity. Alter that.TOOLS: On the tool menu, beneath the icons, there should be settings. Click "Opacity", near the top.Only works for most tools like Brush, Fill etc...
