Looks quite interesting

Name: Just another along the Dekoichi/Bokoichi theme. Not original but good. 8/10
Pic: Looks great. I daresay they look better than the original "Train" cards. 10/10
OCG: Doesn't look like you could go wrong with something like that, and I don't think you did. All I can point out is that "-" should be in bullets, but I'm not sure it's possible so I can hardly knock points off for that. 8/10
Stats: Not too important based on the effect. A little higher and you might be able to stall a little as well. 7/10
Effect: Nothing particularly special, but versatile and effective. I assume the card effect flip means you discard 2. This could be something to make your opponent to discard or something as well, as something like this is still pretty balanced anyway. 8/10

The only issue with the OCG I can see is that when ever a card is flipped it is considered a flip summon.

so the OCG would look like:

"When this card is Flip Summoned, activate one of the following effects:
- Flip Summon by battle: draw 1 card.
- Flip Summon by card effect: discard up to 2 cards.
- Flip Summon: discard 1 random card from your opponent's hand."

I think that is right.
