Jazin Kay
Third attempt at Fabled cards. Sucked so far. Might have a winner, here. Brb, apple cider.
~NOiSE~
Relatively simple, but fits with the Fabled series. I'm assuming you are referring to the TCG "Fabled" archetype?
Jazin Kay
Only "Fabled" cards I know of. Unless you know some that I don't.
lewis atherton
I dont know anything about the Fabled cards but I fell this card is way too strong for a Level1 monster with no draw back
Jazin Kay
Not every card is so blatantly requiring of an obvious drawback. In time, you and the rest of RC will understand that. And only then will RC earn it's name.
lewis atherton
I agree but a level 1 monster with 1100 atc points and a helpful effect just seems too good to me and non legit
Parting Shot
I was going to agree with Black Ice and then I remembered Lady in Wight. I'd personally still make it level 2, though, but leaving it at 1 wouldn't be terrible .

Your argument does not exist. I have a curious inkling that you do not play competitively, or at all.
CNo.101 S.H. Death Knight
sadly Jazin got a point since Charcoal ipachi is lvl 1 with beastly DEF maybe make it's ATK 1000 or 900 then? it's ATK won't matter since it's effect more important then. Big Lez
Bland effect + Its not Level 1 ATK and DEF are not equally important many monsters have 2000 DEF and more than 1000 ATK. and still are balanced level 4 monsters but level 4 monsters with 2000 ATK and more than 1000 DEF are OP'd The effect + the ATK is OP'd for level 1 + i dunno where the problem is..just change it to a higher level O.o Overall. This card is nothing special
Jazin Kay
Your mathematical deduction to a reason as to why a monster of that level is OPed is meaningless and stupid. Bland effect? This helps synchro-ing vastly. Yes, it is a small effect. But because you don't play the game, you wouldn't understand this. Book of Moon sure is bland, huh? I made it LV1 so it can't easily pull out massive synchros, which would easily break it. This way, it keeps it within the realistic playability of something similar, like Blackwing - Blizzard the Far North, which can do even more than Bastes. Gene-Warped Warwolf has 2000 ATK and 100 DEF. If, by your deformed logic, it were released with 1100 DEF, you would be the only person being afraid of it, saying it's OPed. You might even say it's banworthy. But still, no one would play it. Because GWW sucks balls for reasons hardly related to it's stats. Your perception of what is OPed is based SOLELY on what you've so far seen happen in the TCG, not what your advanced and understanding player mind can determine would ACTUALLY harm the game; the ACTUAL definition of OPed. Sarcasm in bold. I don't see where the problem is, either.
wow i guess this does it all and well blizzard is lvl 2 and it's have 1300 ATK and it can special summon a blackwing to defines position and it effect is negated but it effect is by far useful and someone had written a really long article that level is determine mainly for accession of abilities and likely to have ATK and DEF trade it off for abilities or so. i can't remember who it is on tcgplayer but i remember using that article's advice to making fairness between stats and abilities. for some reasons beast and winged beast escape the theory. i know that for fact is the higher the level the monster is the powerful the effect become (depending on what it is). but i must admit it a cool way of thinking it. Icy
With any luck this will start a combo from the Graveyard (and I KNOW fableds can do that), at the least it'll fetch you a tuner and cause some serious damage. The higher ATK I'm assuming is just in case you can't do either so you just hit hard anyway. Not bad at all, but it leaves a funny taste in the mouth.
