When this card is Synchro Summoned successfully, switch all monsters on your opponents side of the field to Defense Position. During battle between this attacking card and a Defense Position monster whose DEF is lower than the ATK of this card, inflict the difference as Battle Damage to your opponent. When this card deals damage to you opponents Life Points, you can discard 1 card from your hand and draw 2 cards. When this card is destroyed, you can add 1 "The Sanctuary in the Sky" from your deck to your hand.[/b]

Which isn't all that difficult when you think about it. Cost Down, Valhalla Hall of the Fallen, Athena, ect. All of those would be easy ways to get 1 out. However, I do not consider that a problem with this card. I like it. A light tuner would be a nice addition to this card's summoning condition. Just a thought. I'll give it an outstanding 9/10 because of the OCG error listed above.

^: Who uses Cost Down? And thats not a problem, in Parshath Decks that is borderline required so you can keep the speed as fast as you can. Parshath Decks are Heal Beatdowns.

If anything this card goes against that Goal, making it not so good =/... It's a nice card, but yeah.
