Spoon
With the question in mind "How many broken effects can be fit on one card?", I created this card... yeah, not really, I just liked the picture Lore: During your Standby Phase, send 1 card from your hand to the Graveyard or destroy this card. Depending on the type of card sent, this card gains the corresponding effect until your next Standby Phase: - Trap Card: The effects of all Trap Cards on the field are negated. - Spell Card: The effects of all other Spell Cards on the field are negated. - Monster Card: The effects of all monsters on the field and in either players Graveyard are negated. Neither player can Special Summon monsters. Each time a card is sent to the Graveyard for this cards effect, place 1 Weather Manipulation Counter on this card (max 10). While there are 5 or more Weather Manipulation Counters on this card, the above effects are replaced with the following, corresponding effects: - Trap Card: Trap Cards can be activated during the turn they are Set. - Spell Card: All Normal Spell Cards in both players hand and on the field become Quick-Play Spell Cards. - Monster Card: Both players can Normal Summon twice during their turn. During your Main Phase, while there are 10 Weather Manipulation Counters on this card, you can remove this card from play to negate the effects of all cards on the field and in either player's hand, Graveyard and Removed from Play Zone until your next Standby Phase. (Image Credit to Jazin Kay's Archive) Constructive criticism appreciated I expect a lot of rants, just because there are so many useless and broken effects on this card at the same time So long, Spoon
Bahamut - Envoy of the End
It's very interesting. In fact I actually really like it. It's inventive to have a Field Spell that will suddenly change it's effect - and the duel completely, however I think there could be a more randome element to your weather changes - coins or dice maybe. In terms of the way it's written it could probably be simplified a lot so that it doesn't use up as much empty space. Dunno if you actually were going for practical use, but this would go down well as an alternative to Skill Drain in Goblin Attack Force/Chainsaw Insect beatdown Decks (easier to search to). 1 rep coming your way. FTW (For The Wynn)
Potent and creative, to say the least. This could easily become broken though. This with the Spell discard + Jinzo = fun lockdown Honestly, I really think half of that is unnecessary. Both halves of that card are pretty good by themselves, but when you combine them it just seems like overkill to me. I would just go with the top effects, the counters and corresponding effects just seem unneeded. Creative, but unneeded. Edit: All that being said though, it is still very interesting and very creative. Rep'd.

Well, maybe I'll make another, more random variant of this card later, but for now, you have to settle with this one
In terms of the way it's written it could probably be simplified a lot so that it doesn't use up as much empty space.
Thanks a lot And yeah, I think the practical use is either very limited... and if it isn't, it's broken... I just can't find the sweet spot
Potent and creative, to say the least. This could easily become broken though. Though it's not an eternal lockdown... and after 5 turns, the conditions change completely, probably to your worst nightmare if you're betting on the effects of Troposphere... but yeah, I see it, it is easily abusable. Phantom M.C.
the discard effect should be optional, making it mandatory just makes it a -1 every turn. also, since the effect depends on the type of card you discard, its very stituational, and you could end up -1ing yourself for no real benefit. Mehmani
Although it's basically a -1 every turn, you can choose what card to discard, so if you wanted you could just keep locking down and beating. It's a culmination of as many ridiculously broken effects as possible. 2/10.
Lord Smeagle
As powerful as this card is the effect NEEDS to be mandatory. In fact, make it so that you MUST discard if possible, and if you can't, THEN the card is destroyed. This card needs to have a good chance of backfiring or else it pretty much becomes a replacement for Plasma, Secret Village and Royal Decree all at the same time. The fact that it inverts after 5 turns means that your opponent may stall you out and then counter, which is kind of awesome.
