If you control a "Dandylion", you can Special Summon this card from your hand. If this card is declared an attack target, Tribute 1 "Dandylion" to negate the attack. If this card would be destroyed by a card effect, Tribute 1 "Fluff Token" to negate the effect and destroy the card. If you control no "Dandylion" or "Fluff Tokens" destroy this card. You can Special Summon this card from the Graveyard if you control "Fluff Tokens".

Loved the picture so I made a card out of it.

Card came out perfect, 10' Great effect, it's effective.

[s]You forgot that the last effect basically kills itself when you tribute Dandylion.

I was only told this by a friend, and so I just removed the last part of its effect.[/s]

EDIT : I edited the effect again so it works.

Actually, it seems rather broken, maybe.

As Dandylion is widely and commonly used and since it's just semi-limited, this card's recyclability is quite high. Quickdraw Dandys could make dangerous use of this. A simple Hand Destruction to dump both this and Dandylion itself to gain Fluff Tokens and be able to SS this from the Graveyard and if a Quillbolt is in there, you can SS him to and you've got Catastor. Although with such a low level, it'd be reasonably hard to get anything above 6 out with this comination....Or not. Summon Dandylion, SS this, synchro for Formula Synchron which is LVL 4. Then gain Fluff Tokens, SS this, Tune this to both Fluff Tokens 3 + 4 = 7. Actually that seems a bit unrealistic... But not impossible. Or you could Summon Dandy, SS this, SS Quillbolt, Synchro for LV 6 gain Fluff Tokens SS this with tune 1 Fluff and this to lvl 6 to get an 8 or all 3 to get Wurm.

Anyways still unorthodox but still not impossible.
Recyclability is rather high and since it'll most likely be used before it's no Dandy/Fluffs no dandylily drawback can trigger.

... My brain hurts now.

But yeah good points I never really thought you would use Hand Destruction with this + Dandylion.

The card is great. As other users implied above, this card would be mainly used for adding +1 Level to Synchro Summons, and her two protection effects will be barely used.
"Dandilily" may seem broken, but I don't think it really isn't: If a Quickdraw-Dandy player REALLY needs an extra Level for a Synchro, he/she will sure have a way to Summon that Extra monster he/she needs, so a "Dandilly" in the Deck would simply be the replacement of that monster. What I mean is that Dandilily" won't make that much of a difference.

Example: Players needs a extra Level 1 monster.
-With "Dandilily" available in the Deck:
He/she will Summon her from the hand

-Without "Dandilily" available in the Deck:
He/she would Summon "Tuningware" or another monster from the Graveyard with "Level Limit", "Graceful Revival", etc.

As you can see, the added cost of the latter would be a monster in the Graveyard, but in Quickdraw-Dandy Decks most of the Time you will have a target in the Graveyard as soon as possible.

Suggestions:
If you really want to turn "Dandilily" into a better card, try adding this to her effect:
f you control a "Dandylion", you can Special Summon this card from your hand or Graveyard. You can only control 1 "Dandilily".

That way, you will be able to add +1 Level to Synchro Summons, and as most of us know, +1 Level can be a big difference when it comes to Synchro Summon.
Of course, this would make the duels more challenging, because the player will have to calculate both the monsters on the field and the Levels available for Synchros; a wrong Special Summon may end with a field full of low-Level monsters and no Tuners, or with less Synchro Monsters the player wanted. If Quickdraw-Dandy Decks are already hard to run because of this, "Dandilily" will only take things to another level.

Look at Dandylily >>

Dandylily IS the tuner.

Also D: KING! I'm soooooooo sorry >< I spammed! Dx Can you'z forgive meh?

Just thought of an awesome breakage.
Synchro Summon Stardust Dragon using Debris + Dandylion + Tuningware (as lvl 1)
Play Hand Destruction and dump This card along with Fabled Lurrie and Special Summon Lurrie with his effect then this card with it's effect and Synchro for Formula Synchron then Synchro for Shooting Star.

Oh, you are right. I apologize for trying to correct something that was not wrong in the first place.

@King: Because it is not mentioned in the card, I just noticed that the lore you posted mentions that you can Special Summon "Dandilily" from the Graveyard if you control "Fluff Tokens", so you can disregard my above suggestion.

The card is just great, and I bet it would be Limited if it were released.

I certainly think that this card could be used and the fact that its a level 1 tuner makes it so its not overpowered as you would need at least another few monsters or a strrong monster to summon a decent synchro monster. I also think the picure and effect are realistic I can see how this card could be abused saying that their are many cards that colud be abused. Overall I think this card is pretty fair but personallly i wouldn't use it as im nit the biggest fan of the dandylion card but other then that i could see it as pretty legit.
