Its better then most noob-builds ive seen, but its still running cards that are un-needed.
these, for example:

Necroshade is a bad filler.
Same with Bladedge.
Ocean and Woodsman are just un-needed here. Same with King of the Swamp, as Polymerization is just no.
Pardox Fusion, though it seems like a good idea here, is just situational.

The deck should max out on Wildheart, and include 1-3 copies of Giant Rat and Earth Hex.

And Magical Merchant runs a lot better if the majority of the deck is monster cards. You have like 50% of the deck being monsters. Magical works better if the deck is about 70 to 80% monsters, as your more likely to dump fusion materials and end up pulling something like Miracle Fusion with it.

Were you the creator of the "Rat Heroes" that I read about? There's more than one way to play the archetype. This one plays more off of the graveyard, and needs King of the Swamp in the build. Its effect isn't just about grabbing Polymerization, its also about putting a decent Fusion Material monster into the grave.

I hear a lot that Polymerization is bad because its a -2. This isn't a bad thing in Heroes, as it can setup for Miracle Fusion, as well as put a decent monster into play.

Necroshade I will agree is a dead draw, but you're meant to mill him as soon as possible to avoid drawing him. Once done, it makes Bladedge have a decent place in the deck.

So say I listen to you and take out the Oceans, Woodsman and Kings. Well, there goes a chunk my Extra deck too, as I can't go into Zero, Terra Firma and have difficulty going into Shining Flare/Phoenix Enforcer.

*Sigh* I have a fealing were going to do this the hard way.
At most, Absolute Zero tends to gets his own deck, as you can use a wider range of fusion materials for easier field control.
Or if your using Enchanted Heroes, which effectivly is an odd Vanilla toolbox of a wide assortment of Attributes, that deck can set up for easy Fusion spamming. Just, that build has a slight luck factor which determinds what you can summon some times.
Rat Heros is just a straight forward Fusion-based deck that helps you get some of the Stonger heros like(like Shining and what-not) in order to tear down the opponent's Lifepoints for a faster win.
Its not a matter of being able to summon a Fusion monster in an E-Hero deck, its a matter of how well you can do so, with using the least amount of advantage.
Rat Heros effectivly lets you easily pick and chose which Fusion you want to summon.
Enchanted requires more effort, but easily sets up for Fusions.
Your current build.... It seems a little slow and slightly situational. Plus, it lacks a bunch of searching cards that most E-Hero decks run :/
