As far as OCG, I think you should replace 'may' with 'can', right? The card itself is well-fitting for its name. This card Eliminates LIGHT Monsters, meaning its cold and dark. Like say each time you destroy a monster you put 1 freezing counter on a monster you conrtol, when a monster has 3 of them there destroyed, that what i meant by it. "During each of your End Phases, place 1 Frost Counter on all face-up monsters on the field, except this card. During your Standby Phase, destroy any monster with [i]x [/i]Frost[i] [/i]Counters." Name: Meh, sound more like a spell or trap card and really dosnt sound much like a yu gi oh cards name overall..... 5/10 Pic: Kinda more of the same, its more scenery than a monster, I understand its kinda like Dweller in the deep or whatever its called where its just a picture of the cave but... IDK dosnt seem to good to me... And yes i undertand its the "Spirt" of the cold, forest or whatever but IDK, I think you could find a better pic.... OCG/Grammer: It looks okay Effect: Well for one its dosnt have the basic "Spirit" monster effect, For two, The "Spirit" is ment to be put in the "Effect/ Normal/ Tuner/ Union Slot, not the -Type Slot.....Its effect is okay though Balance: Meh, Once the Actual spirit effect is added its horrible UPed, but if you remove the idea of it being a spirit completely then i guess its okay.... The little Extras: Everything is there and i do like the fact that its a "Winter" based cards, i love those but i think this needs some work.... Overall a [color="#8B0000"][size="4"]C-[/size][/color] for now but ill come check later and rate it again after its fixed (If you fix it of course) The idea and feel is good but everything else is kinda..... meh....
