Susie
The band honestly in general seems to get a love it or hate it kind of attention, personally for me I obviously stand on the love it side considering that The Deathmass Cloak was my favorite Death Metal album besides The Oracle by Dark Sermon. Yea, it was one of my faves too, really looking forward to the new one. Also, what rock have I been living under that I haven't listened to Edge of Sanity before today? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Pk-SwsNicE8

Susie
i wish i still had reps... dammit Yeah Dark Age rule their album A Matter of Trust is quite different from their previous releases in how its less Melodeath-ish, its no Minus Exitus or Acedia but its still funking good. myGrain rule too but sadly they split up last year, Planetary Breathing was their worst but it still was a good release, nothing they done ever did top off Orbit Dance but everything they did afterwards was still great regardless. Have fun at the Cryptopsy concert Im just still listening to the greatest Tech band ever Cryptopsy was great but they didn't play too long. I didn't stay for Obituary or Cannibal Corpse, and Abysmal Dawn was boring. Also, Krighsu rules, pretty much follows in the footsteps of Exodromos but that's not a bad thing at all. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_iGqc7kfaKY Meshuggah is great, been getting back in to them actually (might have mentioned that recently). Only listened to a few Abysmal Dawn tracks but I never found myself very interested in their music. Ill get onto the new Wormed when I get a link for it. Meshuggah is great, been getting back in to them actually (might have mentioned that recently). Well I wasnt expecting you to say that but im glad to hear. Ive been listening to Destroy Erase Improve more often now, love the Industrial tone of the music, though I still like Catch33 and Obzen the best. This album has grown onto me

I mean I don't have anything against the bands, just not really into them. Obituary is classic OSDM but for some reason I don't dig too much. Cannibal Corpse is kinda meh too. Wormed rules tho Well I wasnt expecting you to say that but im glad to hear. Ive been listening to Destroy Erase Improve more often now, love the Industrial tone of the music, though I still like Catch33 and Obzen the best. I jammed Bleed again and was like this track is insane. Then listened to obZen and was like this album rules. Then started listening to the rest of their stuff haha. I like Koloss more than I remember too. This album has grown onto me That's kinda the point where I was losing interesting in Soilwork tbh. They got good again though. The last two album are really great even if I don't listen to them often.

Obituary is classic OSDM but for some reason I don't dig too much. Cannibal Corpse is kinda meh too. Wormed rules tho I respect both bands for being classics but I just find Obituary boring and even setting aside how over the top Cannibal Corpse are I still find their sound to be boring as all hell. I jammed Bleed again and was like this track is insane. Then listened to obZen and was like this album rules. Then started listening to the rest of their stuff haha. I like Koloss more than I remember too. I have a friend who is a huge djent fanboy and even he thinks that Koloss is too dj0nt for him. Like I mean Demiurge is a funking badass track but songs like Break Those Bones give me nothing more than a really bad headache. That's kinda the point where I was losing interesting in Soilwork tbh. They got good again though. The last two album are really great even if I don't listen to them often. I got into Soilwork through Figure Number Five and Stabbing the Drama so yeah. Natural Born Chaos to me is a nice middle spot between the sounds they tried to get on their more commercial records and their first three. The only albums that I cant consider myself a fan of are Sworn to a Great Divide and The Panic Broadcast though I barely remember both. Yeah The Ride Majestic, The Living Infinite and Beyond the Infinite are easily the best releases theyve come out with.

Forest Fire
Will check it, did you dig Wormed?yeah. i mean i don't just drop reps. (it's just because me having something to post or otherwise say is a rarity and i see no point in just going oh i liked this on everything i like and even if i do have something to say, (ha) i just don't feel the worth in it.) Susie
The new Unguided album is funking horrible and is even worse than Fragile Immortality, shame cause I thought they might have been going in a better direction after they released the Fallen Angels EP but nope becoming just as poppy and watered down as Sonic Syndicate are now is apparently their main goal. The only good songs off of the new album are Mercy and Judgment though those were the two from the Fallen Angels EP. Posting Mercy since its what The Unguided should sound like

(it's just because me having something to post or otherwise say is a rarity and i see no point in just going oh i liked this on everything i like and even if i do have something to say, (ha) i just don't feel the worth in it.) Oh sorry missed that tbh Atrocious Abnormality is pretty good, I especially dig the bass and the more dissonant riffing style. I'm not in love yet but I could see it growing on me. Posting Mercy since its what The Unguided should sound like I dislike this band tbqh Been jamming August Burns Red's Thrill Seeker quite a lot. Pretty sure I've said it before, but this is the band's best and everything they've done since then has been inadequate. I'm surprised so few share my opinion. I like Hell Frost and Fallen Angels EP even if theyre really nothing great but yeah their last two albums are too much pop for even me. I still love everything by ABR except their newest album. Thrill Seeker deserves much more attention, love Endorphins and The Seventh Trumpet.
