Aki's Cosmic Synchro

Well, first of all, there's a reason that this card is here, and it is that it is intentionally OP'ed (though I need advice on how to nerf it)...
This is mainly posted here for help, not to show it off, so if anyone can help me come up with a balanced version of this, I would appreciate it

1 Tuner + 1 non-Tuner monster in your Deck + "Black Rose Dragon"
This card can only be Synchro Summoned using monsters in your Graveyard when a Level monster you control is destroyed. When this card is successfully Synchro Summoned, send all cards on the field to the Graveyard except this card. This card cannot attack the turn it is Synchro Summoned. You can remove from play a monster in your Graveyard to negate the activation of a Spell, Trap, or monster effect during the Battle Phase. If you negate a card effect this way, inflict 700 damage to your opponent. When this card is destroyed while there are 4 or more Tuners in your Graveyard, you can Special Summon a "Black Rose Dragon" in your Graveyard. When your opponent's monster declares an attack you can select it, then remove this card from play and negate the attack. During the End Phase, Special Summon this card that was removed from play by this effect.

1- First of all, you should remove the first effect.

2- Then about the first effect, you should put a restriction, like cannot attack the same turn it is Synchro Summoned.

3- Then, the effect of removing it from play to negate and attack and then special summon it, should also be removed.

For the first effect, thanks for the advice. I'll restrict it by saying it can ONLY be summoned that way. Plus, I'll add your suggestion.

The last effect must stay, since all Cosmin synchros have it (Shooting Star and Red Nova both have it)

The first effect is going extremely overboard. You should not be able to Synchro Summon a monster using cards in your Graveyard, especially considering that's where Black Rose Dragon ends up if you use its effect. It's a free Summon. Take it out completely.

Other than that, I think it's fine. Except it should say "and inflict 700 damage". It doesn't need its own line in the effect.

It needs a drawback to "You can remove from play a monster in your Graveyard to negate the activation of a Spell, Trap, or monster effect during the Battle Phase. If you negate a card effect this way, inflict 700 damage to your opponent." and for its summoning req's its easy to summon, so change that, and also very OP-ed even for a Cosmic Synchro.
