What? Glow Moss lets your opponent draw card when it attacks or is attacked. How is that more usefal than a generic beatstick (Outside of the context of this deck, and just comparing the two in general)? Flare Scarab might not be strong, but it doesn't give your opponent an instant +1.

For JnD builds, the Neo-Spacians rating goes:
Glow Moss
Grand Mole
Dark Panter
Flare Scarab
Air Hummimgbird
Aqua Dolphin

Running 2nd Sorc will require an extra LIGHT. Which one would you use?

With Ryko you have to decide one of the following:
- Keep it as a tech
- JnD Lightsworn build

As I find the Neo-Spacian engine the most consistent and fun, I'll ignore the second option.

About techs - I want to test Scapegoat first. Playing with more monsters was proven to slow down the deck.
