This card can only be Special Summoned by Fusion Summon (from the Extra Deck). This card's ATK cannot be decreased. When this card is Fusion Summoned, reduce the ATK of all other face-up monsters to 0. If this card attacks a monster, after Damage Calculation, the attack target monster is changed to Defense Position and its ATK becomes 0. If an effect activates during the Damage Step that would affect a monster's ATK/DEF, negate it.

It's a shame I'm not well-versed into Reptiliannes, because this seems like a very interesting card. Certainly a great battle powerhouse, doesn't feel OP though, maybe because the meta is filled with effect destruction. Still seems quite viable. Also, I <3 @ the name.
