All cards except Judgement Valkyrie are fine as they are at the moment. Judgement Valkyrie is unbelievably broken. And don't give me any excuses on why the card is that broken (albeit I can already assume why it is that broken).

I mean come on, only 1000 Life Points to screw your opponent over? But I know that the card must be scrapped, or at least the broken part of it.

Where in the hell did you get that you should lower the cost from my post? And yes, completely remove the effect, because as we know, it's not that difficult to get 4 LS with different names into the Graveyard (prime example being Judgement Dragon).
