So, I'll start of with a new Digimon Set I'm currently making. [/center]

You made that image yourself? Very impressive.

Effect is overpowered, adding that amount of spells/traps is almost the perfect set up for an OTK, as well as the ATK boost it's going to give itself.

At most, I'd say 2/3 or Spell/Traps with a cost to it.

Here's my OCG Fix for the current card:

[b]When[/b] this card is summoned, [b]add up to 5 Spell or Trap Cards from your Deck to your Hand[/b]. Shuffle your deck afterwards. Increase the ATK and DEF of this card by 300 everytime you activate a Spell or Trap Card.

wow, fast reply :D. and thanks for the help. Well yeah, even I know the effect's broken lol. Oh and I forgot to reduce the ATK and DEF of Tactimon to balance it with the effect. In the series, this guy is very tactical and smart, and strong, I'm not sure what kind of effect I should put. He's a Mega btw. ANyway, thanks :D

For effects, it's easy to draw inspiration from the Digimon themselves. For example, WarGreymon could instantly destroy Dragon-Types, Puppetmon could control an opponents monster, etc. Failing all that, just support the Attribute or Type if you're running out of ideas.

Mephistomon looks like a very half-assed job btw but I'd say that based on the effect more than anything.

lol i admit that i'm noob at this, but i like making cards as a hobby.

Mephistomon's Attacks:
Black Sabbath: Recites a dark incantation in which it prays for a festival of death; those who hear the spell soon die.
Dark Cloud (Death Cloud): Generates a cloud of darkness which causes everything to decay.

lany effect suggestion?

*btw, is Agumon considered Dragon or Reptile?

It's been a while since I last had a look at your cards, so I may as well take another look. For now, I'm just going to comment on your Keramon line.

[b]Keramon:[/b]
The effect is really interesting (sort of like a virus ;) ), it's just a pity it's more of a one-time thing. Being a flip-effect with low stats, the ATK/DEF boost seems sorta pointless. Maybe a burn effect for monsters instead. I'm going to throw my suggestion in with the OCG fix.

OCG Fix:
FLIP: Discard 1 card from your opponent's hand. If it was a monster, inflict 300 points of damage to your opponent's Life Points. If it was a Spell or Trap card, your opponent discards another card from their hand. If this is a monster card, inflict 500 points of damage to your opponent's Life Points. If it is a Spell or Trap card, your opponent discards 1 card from their hand. If it is a monster card, inflict 1000 points of damage to your opponents Life Points.

[b]Chrysalimon[/b]
Effect seems sort of bland, I'm thinking it should have a negation effect rather than LIGHT protection. Maybe something along the lines of effect negation. I think rather than a Great Moth-like effect for Infermon, maybe just a quick way of adding it to your hand. This is my recommended change:

This card can only be Special Summoned from your Hand by tributing a 'Keramon' you control. Once per turn, when this card is targeted by a card effect, negate the effect of that card and destroy it. When this card is Special Summoned, add 1 "Infermon" from your Deck or Graveyard to your Hand.

[b]Infermon[/b]
Seems sort of weak. Starts are quite low for a Lv 6 and the ATK gain and limit on it seems unhelpful. There's nothing really wrong with the removal effect, but you've cut it back a bit. My recommendation:

Once per turn, you can remove from play up to 3 cards in your opponent's Graveyard, and increase this cards ATK and DEF by 200 for each monster card removed by this card's effect until your next Standby Phase.

[b]Diaboromon[/b]
I love this effect. My only real criticism here is to drop it to a Level 8 monster instead and to remember to give your Tokens their stats, e.g. this might be (Fiend-Type/DARK/Level 1/ATK: 0/DEF: 0) Only got an OCG fix here:

This card can only be Special Summoned from your Hand by tributing 1 "Infermon" and 1 DARK monster. Each turn, put 1 "Clone Token" Fiend-Type/DARK/Level 1/ATK: 0/DEF: 0) on an unoccupied Monster Card Zone. Oh Skizo appreciate the fixes. I like the new Keramon effect.

As for Chrysalimon, i really didn't know what kind of effect i should put actually :P
