Once per turn, place 1 Power Counter on this card (max. 3). Remove 2 Power Counters to Special Summon 1 level 4 or lower "Super Hero" monster from your hand in Attack Position. During your Standby Phase, you can Special Summon 1 "Super Hero - Robin" from your hand in Attack Position. When this card destroys a non-DARK monster that your opponent controls, inflict 200 for each Level on the destroyed monster.
