anyway its a little overbalanced, drop the every time your opponents monster attacks. that makes it much more usable

It can be used in many combos, and if you got many Second Coin Toss in your deck, you might get lucky.

Just because it can combo with [i]1[/i] card that [i]might[/i] change the outcome of the coin toss doesn't make the card any better. And enlighten me, what other cards would this card combo with? (Don't mention Second Coin Toss)

Please, those 2 cards are splashable cards (at the moment, Premature only in Traditional). It would be obvious that you'd use them so yeah, those 2 cards don't count for your explanation. And don't say that you don't remember the names of the cards, it just makes your argument look flawed.

Your OCG is waaayy off. And yes, this card is bad. Bland effect, especially a coin toss. This makes it about as good as the Arcana Force archetype. If you want a rating, fine: 3/10

Well the OCG is off
Even though i understand wat you were trying to do
this isnt a good card to me as it requires basically no skil to use properly.
In fact if skill level was quantified into a 1-10 system id say that this card would require a skill level of -2
But the pic and the name had potential
hmm thinks...... how about something like " At the end of a turn that ethier player has declared an attack they must send 1 monster from there side of the field to the graveyard.

or something like that my OCG is off to but yeah you get the idea

Tbh, I would look into that if i were you. It's too bland. Change the effect to "Removed from play" or "All equip cards are negated." And make it once per turn, just cause you wouldnt be able to attack on your own if i read that right.
