Once per turn, during your Main Phase, if you control this monster on the field, you can equip it to a face-up monster on your opponent's side of the field OR unequip the Union equipment and Special Summon this card in face-up Attack Position. When equipped to a monster by this card's effect, that monster is switched to Attack Position and cannot change it's position. That monster also loses 100 ATK/DEF each turn. (1 monster can only be equipped with 1 Union Monster at a time. When the monster this card is equipped is destroyed this card is destroyed instead.) When this card is destroyed, you can send 1 monster on your side of the field to the Graveyard to Special Summon this card in face-up Attack Position.

this card is really powerful then from the last part of the effect hmm

this card weakens your opponent monster then if you kill the equipped monster this card goes to the graveyard and you can kil another 1 of your opponents monster and summon this card back to your field. this card my be op'ed out right

i think its still balanced cuz its 1 tribute i guess so
