I mean i guess its a interesting secondary effect but if they have the cards on the field for a synchro summon why do it in the first place? maybe you should make it you can remove this face up card and 1 appropriate tuner in your graveyard to Special Summon 1 Dragon-type Synchro Monster from your Extra Deck.
