When this card is discarded by your opponent's card effect, you can Special Summon it in face-up Attack Position. When this card is Special Summoned by its own effect, its original ATK and DEF become 2400. When your opponent activates an effect that would change a monster's ATK, negate the effect of that card and remove it from play.

OCG should be just about there now, just unsure on the opponents card effect bit.

My version: When this card is discarded by your opponent's card effect, you can Special Summon it in face-up Attack Position. When this card is Special Summoned by its own effect, its original ATK and DEF become 2400. When your opponent activates a card that would change the ATK of 1 or more monsters you control, negate the activation of that card and destroy it.

It might be a little OP'd, I would recommend a slight cost, like 400 Life Points or something slight like that.Other than that it is pretty good.

Thanks for that, I'm half-asleep atm and couldn't think the OCG through. I'll keep the ATK change to all monsters though, this card was meant to be mainly anti-Honest after all.

I'll go fix it.

EDIT: Not everything needs a cost. You want a good card, 9 times out of 10 its got to be OP'd somewhere.

This card is great. Anti-Honest, as you wrote.
And since most of the Time your opponent won't be discarding your hand (except against X-Sabers), you will have to Tribute Summon this monster to use its effect, and that would be your cost.

Oops, never saw your edit. Anyway, when you are talking about IRL cards and meta worthy cards, yeah that's an unfortunate truth. Just don't go too far OP'd. If it needs a slight cost to make it balanced, then don't worry about it.

OCG is great and the card remembers me of the dark world.
For me, the name doesn't fit the card.
