evilfusion
Far too many Structure Deck bosses were given absurd Summoning conditions, if not outright refusal. Not only can this not be Special Summoned, but it requires WIND Tributes. It inflicts 1000 damage a turn to both players, but if you have two S/Ts, the damage is 0. If you have some sort of S/T stun thing going, this can be formidable, but the best thing I can think of is to combo this with Dark Simorgh, to not only lock them from blocking the damage, but also to keep them from playing Monsters in defense, letting you swiftly overwhelm them. However, Dark Simorgh and this aren't the easiest cards to unleash without using Simorgh, Bird of Ancestry. Seeing the pattern?

evilfusion
Long story short, its effect isn't worth the dedication unless you add additional cards to ensure the effect is worthwhile.
