During your Main Phase, you can Tribute this card to Special Summon 1 "Red-Eyes B. Dragon" from your hand or Deck. That monster cannot attack during the turn it is Special Summoned. Comments? Ideas? I really wish all of it would work with REDMD but than maybe people would actually realize how busted that thing is..... OT: Bad card is bad.
