Effect seems balanced, maby not the most original. I hated this care because it sucked, but this effect makes it somewath playable. But I wouldnt use it. But the best remake I've seen so far, 7/10.

[Zeppeli Gyro Supreme]

It's a meh card. I guess it could have its uses, but it's not all that amazing. Perhaps used in Synchros.

Also, Strike Ninja is supposed to be the remake of Anatsu.

I see this in X-Sabers >>. Since most are low levels it provides a higher level for a faster strong synchro.

Overall, a card that seems real.
Good restriction on the monster to be Released.

A pity, though, that this effect seems to suit more to a [url=http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Kagemusha_of_the_Blue_Flame]Kagemusha[/url] than an [url=http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Ansatsu]Ansatsusha[/url]
