Sotos
Discuss his books here... Personally, I like the Legend of Drizzt series, but I prefer the Sellswords trilogy... Drizzt is an alright character, but I believe he's too pure and good, even for a good character. I think that every character has to have a "Dark Side", and no, I don't think that the Hunter is a convincing enough Dark Side... Jarlaxle is a very interesting character, you never know what his next move could be... I think comparing Jarlaxle and Drizzt is like comparing Boromir and Legolas from the lord of the rings...The latter is always the pure one, while the first is a much more interesting, double-sided character... Zeppeli Gyro Supreme
I used to be obsessed with his books, but to be honest, the newer books seem to repetitive and simple to me. I'm so used to his writing style by now that I can predict a lot of stuff he is going to say/have heppen, which I wish wasn't true. I got the Ghost King not too long ago, and I have yet to finish it because I'm just too disappointed. However, I did buy all of the books before that (they sell the trilogies in one big paperback, apparently) and the prequel story really helped me through some tough times, though because I was reading it so much I turned into a zombie. They're good books, don't get me wrong. I love them. I just guess they lost the luster for me after so much reading.
Sotos
Well, I still expect that meeting of Drizzt and Zaknafein as it had been mentioned in one of the books... Have you read the Sellswords trilogy?
