Very UP'd.

Losing your Hand just for summoning is not good. Unless you have a full hand of Spells (most of which would be needed anyway) you're not gaining anything.

The second effect is just plain useless. Attack gain is boring and you're most likely to get a 300 boost at best after the summon. Which is pointless when you're losing your Hand for it. The position change is even worse, if you're losing your hand for a ATK boost, why can't it stay in Attack Position.

Yeh Skizo's right, it is an UP'd Level 5-6 card any way and then you go and put a Goblin Attack force effect on it (Which may I remind you has more ATK).
Personally I'd go with Elite GAF basically the same card and with help from those discarded spells would probably help it survive as well.
