An interesting game mechanic idea.

When this card is used as Synchro Material for a Synchro Summon, it is treated as 2 separate non-Tuner monsters. You can only control 1 face-up "Synchronduo". When this card is your Graveyard, you can remove it from play to Special Summon 1 "Duo Token" (Fiend-Type/DARK/Level 2/ATK 100/DEF 1300) in face-up Defense Position. A "Duo Token" cannot be Tributed for a Tribute Summon the turn it is Special Summoned.[/spoiler]

Rulings:

● "Synchronduo" counts as two separate non-Tuner monsters, but this doesn't mean that if it is used as Synchro Material it counts as four levels. For example, you would use Junk Synchron, Synchronduo and Banisher of the Light to summon Junk Destroyer. Junk Destroyer could then destroy three cards on the field, as Synchronduo is treated as being two separate monsters.

Good work there, but it wouldn't hurt the card's balance if you'd remove the "the token cannot be tribut summoned the turn it's summoned" part.

Mhh, quite an interesting concept. I can really see it being used in Junk Decks, but not as much in other Decks. So I gues the Token effect is ok then.
Oh, and a nice use of HP's img.

A 8/10, tbh I'm not that impressed with this idea.

I'd shorten it up a bit:
