If you're mean to people they never learn either. It's a fact that negative reinforcement (which is basically what you're doing) tends to have the opposite effect desires.

Obviously they need to work on their card grammar, spelling, and stuff like that, but that can be taught. Saying "You suck" doesn't help anyone.

Comment on how and why the card is good or bad it is, THEN suggest on improvements or give reasons for your comment and rate.

As a test card, it was appropriate to keep it in AoC, but most test cards remain un-posted, in this case, austin43, wanted feedback on his card, and with it being an AoC, you can only comment mainly on the card's structure. Balance, OP/UP and picture statements aren't a priority here.

Anyway;
It has much potential.
For starters on the basics:
[b]Name[/b] - something wacky, 'new' or cool is great, although the name is simple, it still works.
[b]Level[/b] - far too much for the simple image/picture. Remember the basics of 1-4, 5-6, 7-10 (10+ is usually God cards).
[b]Attribute[/b] - not much to miss out on, though the name is 'Fire Bats' so I would assume FIRE.
[b]Type[/b] [ [b]?[/b] / ? ] - ATK isn't a Type. Remember the usual such as: Warrior, Spellcaster, Aqua, Rock, Machine, Dragon. In this case, Winged-Beast would seem a good Type.
[b]Secondary Type[/b] - [ ? / [b]?[/b] ] - Got it. Remember that Spirits return to the hand at the end of the turn they're Summoned. Others are: Effect, Gemini, Union. Use the imperative effect criteria for each that requires it.
[b]Effect[/b] - Although not perfect OCG and the effect seems a little uncertain, you've got the idea. Remember, even if you don't use proper OCG, you can still use proper English grammar. A fix would be "All monsters your opponent controls lose 2000 ATK."
[b]ATK + DEF[/b] - High stats, though it's AoC, so it's allowed to be overpowered. Just remember the basics for Levels and twist them in with the effect / archtype.

You will learn as your stay here progresses. Being here 2 years myself, I can say I wasn't perfect from the start. Thankfully the forum switched and all my first cards were deleted from the Forum.

Anyway, ignore any abusive comments if any do occur, this is the internet, and people become a whole new character online. Just remember to have fun, enjoy your experience in Yugioh and enjoy your life basically.

you don't know if he's little or not. He could be older than you you know. It doesn't say his age and I'm pretty sure he understands what liam just said. It makes sense to me also liam didn't use any constructive criticism he just suggested on what austin can do to make his card better and he even +rep'd austin and you think thats criticism? Sorry if you find this harsh (which you'll probably won't) but always reading a post from A new member with hated comments just makes me really mad.

and 5D's i made a card the day I joined and I got neg and positive remarks about it... course my first card was a vanilla... so mostly neg remarks... but i didn't care

1: Not everyone is born an OCG god.
2: he wants to have FUN.
3: aside from anything else, IT'S A TEST CARD. HE MADE IT TO SEE IF HE COULD POST HIS CARDS. If a single one of you shows me their first card and any of you could truly give it a 10/10, I'll be impressed.
