Like, if this card is in the grave and was sent there NOT by battle you can Special Summon it by paying 500 Life Points. evilfusion Posted December 4, 2010 Report Share Posted December 4, 2010 The cost is to Tribute a Synchro Monster. That kills it immediately. Also, while it then locks Summons for the turn, it's going to have the same ruling hell as Solemn Judgment, in that it can't negate the Summon of monsters that occur during resolution of another effect, whereas Solemn Warning also hits effects that Summon.
