It doesn't even do anything but be a powerful level 3 beatstick. Anyone could have made this, try to make the cards no one else is capable of. [/quote] That balancing act only works with high DEF and low ATK. This works because DEF is a lot less potent than ATK. For example, there are several 4-star vanilla monsters with 2000 DEF and an ATK that is next to nothing. In the way 4-star vanilla monsters that focus on attack, there has never been one made that has exceeded 1900 ATK, and the DEF is always drastically lowered, even at only 1900 ATK. Level 3 Normal Monsters these days either have high DEF (2000 or more) or between 1600-1750 ATK. This card has much too high stats for its Level, and being a Normal.
